Takasuke was our driver and not only was he incredibly reliable, he was a joy to be around! Every city we went to throughout japan he knew how to navigate and also was 20 minutes early to every drop off. Would highly recommend him and this company for private shuttles throughout Japan! Takasuke especially made our trip extra special.

We did the Mt Fuji and Hakone full day bus trip. Everything went smoothly. Unfortunately, due to low cloud, we didn’t see Mt Fuji, but this didn’t spoil our enjoyment. Blair, our guide, was informative, helpful, and tremendous fun. Some of the stops could have been a little longer, but I realise that this would make the day a lot longer. A bus with a toilet would have been nice, as there were some long distances between stops. All in all, a good day out, seeing more of the Japanese countryside.

The driver is very friendly and good. He makes suggestions to other places for us to visit due to bad weather condition and suggested us where to eat.
