Our driver came to the Diamond Princess terminal to look for us. His name is Mr Kumagai and he is very courteous. The passenger van is big and comfortable. We are happy with the transfer service.

Excellent services. We cleared custom earlier than expected. Driver was not late but kept apologizing for not being able to be there earlier. We didn’t mind. He even bought all of us a drink! He asked us to go to bathroom in case of traffic jam. Safe driving to Yokohama. Recommended services if you have kids and / or a lot of luggages.

We booked this transport from Handea airport to Yokohama port to embark on our cruise. Our flight arrived past the cutoff time to request transportation from the cruise line, so we were obviously worried about the tight schedule. ASKAtours was very helpful, even upgrading the vehicle type to accommodate our luggage. Our flight arrived 20 minutes earlier, but our driver was already there waiting for us. He happily took our luggage cart from us and walked us to the vehicle. He was courteous, polite, and friendly, and got us to our ship with more than enough time to spare. It was a pleasant ride and I would definitely use them again in the future.
