Our guide had decent English and was easily able to communicate with us. He gave us realistic expectations about what we could accomplish in our tour on our way to the airport. Currently looking to book another airport transfer after this experience.

Ride was comfortable but we're dropped at the wrong hotel and had to take another taxi to the correct place, loading and unloading baggage from taxi to hotel 2 times was difficult for us.
I'm sorry that because of the system, the detailed number was blocked at the very beginning when we got your hotel information, which caused you trouble, after that we will double check the information to avoid the same thing happening again.
Tokiko is very passionate guide. She provided my family and I a full detail itinerary of our day tour. She was willing to meet us at the lobby of the hotel. During our tour Tokiko was nice enough to provide my family with snacks and refreshments. I will definitely book another tour with her if I return to Japan. She was able to change and adjust our itinerary as our day moved on.
